Job Title:

SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling Expert

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO consultant to lead the implementation of SAP FICO modules in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP FICO Implementation: Lead and manage SAP FICO module implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • S/4HANA Public Cloud Expertise: Utilize deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, integrating with other modules for successful deployments.
  • Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions improving efficiency within the SAP FICO module.
  • Configuration & Customization: Perform detailed configuration of SAP FICO modules aligning with business requirements.
  • Integration: Collaborate with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications and configuration guides.
  • Training & Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support for effective use of the SAP FICO system.
  • Project Management: Lead project teams in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
  • S/4HANA Public Cloud: At least one full life cycle implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionalities, and integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
