AM Accounts Payables Position Overview

At 2coms, we are seeking an experienced AM Accounts Payables Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable process from procurement to payment and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor registration and amendment processes.
  • Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and timely.
  • Review and manage transaction records.
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve disputes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports on vendor reconciliation, outstanding reports, and aging analysis.

Requirements and Skills

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in accounts payable and a solid understanding of financial systems and processes.
