We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our entire commercial and finance function. This includes managing taxation compliances, tracking agreements/bank guarantees, developing commercial strategies, negotiating with customers/suppliers/vendors, building/managing customer relationships, overseeing commercial team performance, monitoring budgeting expenses, identifying/managing commercial risks, managing company payable/receivable, managing all branches of the company in terms of accounts and finance, dealing with legal works, studying/renewing company agreements, and planning/implementing cost-cutting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
