Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to drive client KPIs, manage stakeholders, and maintain team attrition and shrinkage.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving client KPIs, managing stakeholders, maintaining team attrition and shrinkage, and performing other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive client KPIs and develop strategies to improve performance
  • Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with internal and external teams
  • Maintain team attrition and shrinkage through proactive measures and employee engagement initiatives
  • Perform performance management, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues that employees are not authorized to handle on their own
  • Filling in for absent employees as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the business
  • Act as a role model for all employees by continuously exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Delegate tasks to employees, keep day-to-day activities organized, and recruit and interview new hires
  • Supervise employees, provide additional training and coaching as needed, and train employees in proper safety procedures
  • Conflict Management - Addressing employee problems on the job to ensure everyone is thriving in the workplace and satisfied with their job and work environment
  • Organize promotions and spearhead marketing efforts by setting up displays and educating customers and employees on promotions or specials

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor (3+ years)
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Graduate in any stream
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
