ERP Business Analyst Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct analysis and evaluation of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop solutions to streamline processes and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Create technical specifications and design documents for system enhancements.

We implement new systems or system upgrades, ensuring smooth integration and proper functionality through thorough testing and user acceptance.

Data Insights and Reporting
  • Develop and maintain data management processes and procedures to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity and recommend data-driven solutions for business challenges.
  • Create and run reports to provide insights and support decision making.
Project Excellence
  • Plan and manage projects related to system enhancements or implementations.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and ensure projects meet quality standards.
Technical Support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system errors.
  • Maintain system performance and availability, collaborating with IT and vendors to implement system upgrades and patches.
  • Document system processes, procedures, and changes.
