As a full-time on-site Faculty, you will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, and mentoring students in advanced baking techniques.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver engaging lectures and conduct practical sessions to ensure students acquire comprehensive knowledge of basic and advanced baking skills
  2. Develop and prepare course material aligned with the latest developments in the hospitality industry
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through research and professional development
  4. Mentor and guide students to inspire and motivate them to excel in their academic pursuits
  5. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and other stakeholders while maintaining a positive outlook and well-behaved mannerism

Key qualifications include expertise in bakery techniques and methods, experience in culinary arts and pastry baking, effective communication and teaching skills, knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, experience in curriculum development and student assessment, relevant certifications in bakery or culinary arts, and a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the bakery department of a 5-star hotel is required.
