Bakery Faculty Position

This is a full-time, on-site Bakery Faculty role located at an esteemed educational institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, developing course content, and assessing student performance. They will also mentor and guide students in bakery techniques and best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Should have exceptional knowledge of basic & advanced baking skills, including the ability to plan, schedule, organize, coordinate and monitor lectures & practical sessions.

2. Should be able to prepare course material as per latest development in the hospitality industry, inspiring students to learn and grow.

3. Effective communicator with a positive outlook and well-behaved mannerism.

Requirements:

• Bakery techniques and methods expertise, including experience in culinary arts and pastry baking.

• Excellent communication and teaching skills, with a strong ability to engage students and inspire them to achieve their best.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all.

• Experience in curriculum development and student assessment, with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Relevant certifications in bakery or culinary arts, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.

• A Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years working experience in a bakery department of a high-end hotel.
