We are seeking an experienced Asst. Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in implementing Online Banking and Mobile Banking projects in financial institutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with costing information.
  • Project Execution: Ensuring the project is completed within budget and deadline targets with high-quality deliverables.
  • Communication: Communicating effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation: Guiding and reviewing Requirements Documents, Functional Specs, Wireframe Diagrams, Process Charts, and Technical Design Documents.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and managing project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
  • Quality Assurance: Reviewing project artifacts and documents to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Proposal Development: Preparing and reviewing proposals for projects and change requests.
  • Talent Development: Engaging in Proof-of-Concept engagements and training sessions.
  • Presentations: Conducting project presentations, daily huddles, project board, and steering committee meetings.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Banking experience is highly desirable.
  • BSCS / BSSE / MSCS / MSSE degree is required.
  • Certifications can be an asset.
