BDO India is seeking a skilled General Corporate Lawyer to join its team in Nashik.

The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of post-qualification experience and an LLB degree.

  • Contract review and drafting
  • Providing legal support on internal governance and general corporate matters
  • Drafting shareholder agreements, share subscription agreements, Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association, resolutions, and other related documents
  • Strategizing and structuring deals from a legal perspective
  • Advising on company laws and regulations, FEMA, SEBI laws, and allied laws
  • Providing knowledge support on ESOP management
  • Conducting legal due diligence and working with external counsel
  • Supporting negotiations with external parties
  • Managing internal stakeholders in relation to general corporate matters

The ideal candidate will be focused, have high analytical thinking and detail orientation, and be proficient in English (verbal and written).

We expect significant growth over the next 3-5 years, adding new dimensions to our business and increasing the current team size multi-fold.
