Workday Integration Specialist

Description

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Specialist to design and implement integrations within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ensuring seamless data flow between systems and supporting various business functions.

Certification is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations to support HR, finance, and other business functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and accuracy between systems.
  • Maintain and optimize existing integrations for performance and reliability.
  • Participate in testing and validation of integration solutions before deployment.
  • Provide documentation and training to users and technical teams on integration processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-12 years of experience in Workday integrations or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Integration Cloud and its capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
  • Experience with Workday web services and APIs.
  • Knowledge of integration protocols such as REST, SOAP, and SFTP.
  • Ability to write and troubleshoot code in relevant programming languages such as XSLT, XML, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with data mapping and transformation techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
