About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Control Lead to join our Copeland team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and control processes to ensure that our products meet the required standards and specifications.


Key Responsibilities:


The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including quality procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Provide quality training and support to production staff to ensure they understand quality requirements and procedures.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and manage quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:



  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of quality management software and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel to manufacturing sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:


A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality management, or a related field, is preferred. Relevant experience and certifications, such as Six Sigma or ASQ certifications, are also preferred.
