Seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our team in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze RFPs/RFQs and break down technical requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria.
  • Provide insight into client pain points, expectations, and solution differentiators.
  • Work with proposal writers to develop technical sections, approaches, and win themes.
  • Translate delivery/operational knowledge into clear, structured inputs for the proposal team.
  • Participate in SME interviews/workshops to brainstorm solutions and approaches.
  • Contribute to building a knowledge/content library of reusable technical material, case studies, and solution narratives.
  • Provide quality review of draft proposals to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with requirements.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of domain expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience working with RFPs, RFQs, or client proposals (preferred).
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and map them to practical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills – able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Familiarity with government IT procurement processes is a plus (training can be provided if not).
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (proposal writers, capture, operations).
