About the Role

\

This is a key position within our Privileged Access Management team, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our PAM platform. As a dedicated Operations Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the PAM Product Lead to oversee the strategy and implementation of our PAM products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support our PAM platform, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.\
  • Provide first-level support for PAM platform issues, communicating with customers and providing timely assistance.\
  • Efficiently handle technical support incidents, requests, and changes, logging detailed information into our ticketing system.\
  • Take ownership of your personal call queue, ensuring all tickets are up-to-date and closed in a timely manner.\
  • Communicate regularly with users to keep them informed about issue progress and ensure high customer satisfaction.\
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Privileged Access Management account and delegation request process.\
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and build a resilient platform, adhering to best practices.\
  • Work with engineering communities to optimize the best ways to work with the PAM platform.\
  • Engage with our PAM product vendor to introduce new feature sets that enhance security, user experience, and functionality.\
  • Collaborate with our MSP to streamline the best working methods with the PAM platform.\
  • Co-ordinate common processes and standards with other product manager counterparts.\
  • Define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workbooks for our MSP, engineering, and PAM support teams.\
  • Pursue automation and instrumentation of the development lifecycle for PAM products, aligning with SRE standards.\
  • Drive innovation and horizon scanning for strategic and emerging technologies.\
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity.\
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.\
