Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled Automation Tester Engineer to fill a critical role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, creating technical documentation, and providing guidance to junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs to determine appropriate solutions for complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain detailed technical diagrams, flowcharts, formulas, and other written documentation to support projects
- Provide expert guidance to junior engineers on projects within their areas of expertise
- Conduct ongoing research on new technologies and products to recommend improvements to current processes
- Design and develop innovative solutions for new products or systems based on customer specifications
- Research existing technologies to identify opportunities for creative application in solving problems
- Review existing products or concepts to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Prepare comprehensive proposals for new projects, identifying potential challenges and proposing effective solutions
- Evaluate project costs, scheduling requirements, and results to optimize outcomes
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in automation testing tools and technologies
- Experience in software development and testing
