Key Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in translating engineering designs into accurate and detailed 3D models for our projects.
  • Create and maintain Electrical, ELV and Control Instrumentation systems. (Experience in other services such as Mechanical, Wet Services, Fire Services and Medical Gas Services would be advantageous).
  • Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of system components.
  • Implement design changes and updates to 3D models as per project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure 3D models align with project timelines and specifications.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues with various services (HVAC, Fire, Civil, Wet Services, Structural elements, etc.).
  • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for 3D modeling in Electrical, ELV and Control Instrumentation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform multi service coordination is critical.
  • Site meetings during construction with engineers and contractors for updating designs and models.
  • Innovation for 3D modeling purposes and internal operational developments (indication of innovative ideas submitted with CV would be advantageous).
  • Development of 3D families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Detailed knowledge of electrical, ELV and control instrumentation systems.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
