We are seeking an experienced financial modeler to join our team as a FICO Decision Management Specialist. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing complex financial models using industry-leading software, ensuring accurate predictions and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement predictive analytics models using FICO DMP, FICO PLOR, and FICO Blaze/FICO OMDM, leveraging your expertise in machine learning and statistical analysis.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO solutions with business processes, driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.
  3. Analyze large datasets from various domains, including Auto Loan, Secured and Unsecured Loan, Credit Card, Consumer Cards, Collection Platform, UIL or Telecom, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  4. Provide expert recommendations to stakeholders on model performance and optimization opportunities, aligning with business objectives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of IT experience in related domains, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial modeling and software implementation.
  • Proven expertise in FICO software, specifically FICO DMP, FICO PLOR, and FICO Blaze/FICO OMDM, with a focus on predictive analytics and machine learning.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets, utilizing data visualization tools and statistical techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, providing a solid foundation in mathematical and computational techniques.
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms and tools, such as AWS or Azure, with a focus on scalability and high-performance computing.
