As a key player in our organization's marketing strategy, we are seeking an experienced Performance Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies that align with business objectives, customer segments, and growth targets.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, optimize, and report on campaigns across paid search, social media, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Budget Oversight: Effectively manage marketing budgets, optimize resource allocation, and forecast campaign spend based on business priorities.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to align on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Lead A/B testing, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate experiments to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide actionable insights and reports for leadership, offering transparency into campaign performance and recommending strategic adjustments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Skills: Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns, strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to think strategically.
