Job Title: Process Executive

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Process Executive. This position plays a crucial part in our team's success and requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.

The key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Ensuring seamless pension reconciliation and payroll control services that meet or exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
  • Maintaining adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and suggesting improvements when necessary.
  • Managing daily workload effectively, keeping Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and colleagues informed of progress to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborating with other teams within Retirement Solutions to resolve discrepancies and technical issues promptly.
  • Navigating multiple EQ pensions administration systems to access and retrieve banking data as required.

Requirements:
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data input and processing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and able to develop macros and formulas as needed.
  • Familiarity with internet banking and its application in retrieving bank statement data.
  • Able to navigate multiple systems and software tools efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Freshers from 2024 and 2025 are eligible to apply.
  • B.com and BBA graduates are preferred candidates.
  • Candidates must have cleared all semesters without any backlogs.
  • Advanced Excel skills are mandatory for this position.
