Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Complex Solutions
  • Conduct architecture, design, and solution workshops to conceptualize and articulate integration designs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide mentorship on integrations, conversions, and reports.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues or problems.
  • Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in EBS or Cloud Application Implementations.
  • Strong Understanding of Oracle Methodology
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-Motivated with Drive and Energy.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in OTL, learning, Compensation and Benefits, Talent management.
  • Technical experience in data model of HCM Schemas, PL/SQL.
  • Knowledge of Fast Formula and Retro Functionalities.
