Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day production operations.

This critical role focuses on achieving manufacturing targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise all aspects of production on the shop floor, ensuring daily targets are met.
  • Oversee job placement, workflow, and movement of components during various stages of manufacturing.
  • Design and implement layout plans for new projects including fixtures, gauges, and machinery installation.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), daily production reports, machine checklists, and breakdown logs.
  • Ensure in-process inventory management and a smooth production flow.
  • Coordinate with R&D and design teams for successful development and integration of new products or structures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in solar structure manufacturing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of solar mounting structures and fabrication techniques.
  • Experience in handling production machinery, tools, and quality control processes.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Proficiency in production planning software, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
