Job Title: Design Verification Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Lead with expertise in ASIC/SoC Design Verification to oversee critical projects. The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, project execution, and team management within the Design Verification domain.

About the Role

This position involves leading Design Verification (IP/Sub-System/SoC level) projects ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. The successful candidate will define verification strategies, test plans, coverage goals, and closure metrics in alignment with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Design Verification projects, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting quality requirements.
  • Develop verification strategies, test plans, and coverage goals.
  • Provide technical guidance on SystemVerilog, UVM-based testbench development, coverage closure, debugging, and verification methodologies.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and DV engineers across global teams.
  • Manage multi-site DV teams, track progress, and mitigate risks through proactive planning.
  • Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvements in automation, regression efficiency, and verification productivity.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 14 to 20+ years of experience in Design Verification.
  • Strong expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, SVA, and coverage-driven verification.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AMBA protocols and Memory/DRAM verification flows.
  • Experience with Gate Level Simulation, Low Power, and Formal Verification is a plus.
  • Exposure to EDA tools such as Cadence Xcelium and Synopsys VCS.
  • Proven experience in project management, leading DV teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, planning, and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
