About the Role

At SignSetu, we're committed to revolutionizing learning for the deaf community. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to shaping an accessible and engaging educational platform.

  • Design and develop intuitive dashboards for learners and educators using Next.js and React.
  • Create secure edge functions and storage solutions with Supabase, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Model and optimize content, progress, and analytics data in MongoDB, leveraging indexes and aggregation pipelines.
  • Integrate real-time captioning and sign-language video assets, enhancing the user experience.
  • Build data pipelines for AI models, driving innovation in Deaf education.
  • Develop unit tests and perform peer code reviews, upholding high standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to deploy releases to partner schools, gather feedback, and resolve production bugs efficiently.
Requirements
  • Pursuing or completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent self-taught experience.
  • 6+ months hands-on experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Working knowledge of SQL fundamentals or Supabase expertise.
  • Basic proficiency in MongoDB CRUD, schema design, and aggregation.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub flow and modern JavaScript tooling.
