Senior Analytics Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Analytics Manager to lead our analytics initiatives, drive business impact, and collaborate with clients. This role will play a critical part in guiding our team, translating complex business challenges into actionable data-driven solutions, and ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor Analysts & Senior Analysts
  • Develop and execute comprehensive analytics strategies
  • Manage offshore delivery teams and engage effectively with clients
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and accuracy in all deliverables

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, with 4+ years in leadership roles
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, and advanced data analysis tools
  • Hands-on expertise in hypothesis testing, MMM, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills
  • Prior experience in the BFSI domain is highly valued

Desirable Skills:

  • Advanced SQL and database management
  • Expertise in data visualization using Tableau
  • Highly proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and macros
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques
