We build resilient foundations that power global growth. As an Associate Compliance Manager, you will embed security, privacy, and governance into our product design and partner ecosystems.

This is a high-velocity team working at the intersection of AI, data, and risk where compliance isn't a blocker, it's an enabler of growth. You will lead ISO, SOC2, GDPR, and DPDP practices with structured playbooks, automation, and mentorship support.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, IT, and Vendors embedding Privacy by Design into every layer. This role operates with real-time dashboards, clear risk registers, and executive visibility not bureaucracy.

Who We Are Looking For
  • 8–12 years of experience in Privacy, InfoSec, or Compliance
  • Fluent in GDPR, DPDP, ISO 27001/27701, SOC2
  • Skilled at certifications, audits, and regulator/client interactions
  • Collaborative mindset with tech + product teams
