Job Opportunity

We seek an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our product and technology initiatives. This role will drive large, high-priority projects across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, leadership, organizational, and communication skills. They should be passionate about the products they work on, with experience in program management, technical depth, and collaboration-building abilities.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of complex programs, develop detailed plans, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely and smooth program launches.

You will manage concurrent projects, develop partnerships with engineering and product management leaders, and drive teams in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee successful program delivery by leveraging deep technical expertise to develop detailed plans with key milestones and goals.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects/programs.
  • Develop strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives.
  • Drive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of full-time technical program management experience within an engineering or technical team.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs.
  • Experience driving the development of world-class online products.
  • Significant experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, individual contributors, and external clients.
