Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of scalable machine learning models and implement them in our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and stay ahead of the curve in GenAI and Azure's evolving AI stack.
  • Develop robust applications for search, NLP/NLU, and document processing, utilizing RAG-based architectures.
  • Work closely with data science and product teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions that drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in AI/ML or backend engineering.
  • Proven expertise in RAG and Python programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI SDKs, vector databases, and LLMs.
  • Strong grasp of prompt engineering and AI agent design.
  • A collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills.
