Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Third-Party Risk Management Leader to spearhead our sales efforts and develop bespoke risk management solutions for large and mid-sized organizations. In this role, you will forge strong relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their unique risk management needs and align our solutions with their organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of key TPRM regulations relevant to heavily regulated business sectors, including direct compliance experience with global banking regulations such as OCC, ECB, and CPS230.

  • 18+ years of experience in risk management, focusing specifically on third-party risk management initiatives.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing complex outsourcing relationships and contracts within regulated environments, demonstrating expertise in compliance.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  1. Sales Leadership: Drive sales efforts for TPRM solutions by engaging with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and demonstrating how our offerings can address their specific risk management challenges.
  2. Customized Solutions Development: Create and implement tailored third-party risk management frameworks in accordance with client objectives and regulatory compliance requirements.
  3. Strategic Insights: Provide expert insights to senior leadership regarding the integration of TPRM solutions into broader organizational strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
