Job Summary:

As a seasoned professional, you will drive the end-to-end production process of bus body structures, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality standards, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory norms.

This critical role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials. You will monitor key performance indicators such as JPH (Jobs Per Hour), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and downtime to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute production plans to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions

  • Manage and mentor production supervisors and line staff to foster a culture of safety and accountability
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
