This is a Lead Java Developer role that requires an experienced IT professional with extensive knowledge of Java technology. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team, guiding them on projects and best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers, providing guidance on projects and software development methodologies.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Java technologies.
  • Utilize various Spring Frameworks, including Core, MVC/Web Flow, DAO, Data, and Web Services (REST, SOAP).
  • Create and manage robust SQL scripts, working with different databases.
  • Contribute to front-end development using Object-oriented JavaScript, HTML5, and Bootstrap.
  • Oversee the deployment of applications on cloud and SaaS platforms.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Java technology with at least 7 years of experience.
  • Proven leadership experience, managing teams of developers.
  • In-depth knowledge of Spring Frameworks, with a strong background in software development methodologies.
  • Excellent proficiency in writing SQL scripts and interacting with databases.
  • Experience with Object-oriented JavaScript using DOJO/jQuery, with a strong understanding of front-end development principles.
  • Proficiency in HTML5 and Bootstrap, with the ability to create visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with deploying applications on cloud and SaaS platforms is a plus.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a team.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with databases.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Object-oriented JavaScript.
  • Ability to work in US time zones.
  • Immediate start is preferred.
