Senior Revenue Operations Strategist

Your Role
- In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in shaping the revenue operations strategy that accelerates SolarWinds' go-to-market performance.
The Director of Rev Ops Strategy at SolarWinds will oversee your efforts as you contribute to process design and documentation, system improvements, and cadenced functional planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster growth mindset strategies to enhance revenue output.
- Partner with Sales, Channel, Analytics, Data, Business Applications & IT teams to prioritize executional areas.
- Design, implement, and document processes that accelerate GTM Org evolution.
- Manage internal stakeholder-facing SharePoint sites.
You will play a crucial role in crafting and maintaining mechanisms to propel SolarWinds' success.
Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or related fields.
- Expertise in territory design/planning, lead flow and routing logic, functional planning, and reporting.
- Proficiency with SFDC, Tableau, Microsoft Suite, and SharePoint.
- Able to build relationships, influence, and work collaboratively across organizations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
