We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Counsellor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into successful enrollments
- Deliver compelling online presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Aimlay's services
- Conduct need-based counselling to understand the client's educational requirements
- Maintain updated records of communications and follow-ups to ensure seamless client experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Admission Counselling, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Confident and customer-centric approach
