Master CNC Machinist

The CNC Programmer is responsible for programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to create high-quality products for the stone and construction industry. The programmer will work closely with sales personnel, templaters, and other programmers to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming and operating CNC machines using MasterCAM, ALPHACAM, or other similar software applications.
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Managing personal workflow to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
• Identifying problems and offering solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Learning and using job management software to track projects and progress.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2-5 years' experience in construction/stone industry.
• Experience in reading blueprints is highly recommended.
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite and excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings received from customers and interpret specification sheets from architects and designers.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and natural details orientation.
• Solid understanding of importance of accuracy and precision in work and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
