Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Specialist to lead the effort to developing, assigning and managing maintenance strategies for field instrumentation equipment. The role supports asset reliability by developing and assigning appropriate equipment strategy. As the primary point of contact, you will oversee the equipment strategy assignment, collaborate with team members, and ensure project success.

Purpose & Accountabilities:

  • Perform engineering activities covering all key areas of electrical technology including control systems, analyzer, and shutdown valves.
  • Review and update equipment maintenance strategy for electrical (e.g. Transmitters, control valves, flow meters, analyzers)
  • Collaboration with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of maintenance strategies with operational priorities.
  • Understanding of asset criticality analysis and asset strategy management.
  • Understanding of Preventive, Predictive, Condition monitoring tasks with respect to assets.
  • Standardize electrical maintenance procedure and test intervals across similar asset classes.
  • Knowledge of hazardous area classification, international electrical standards.
  • Skilled Electric Maintenance Technicians with understanding of the preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of field electrical systems, including control valves, on-off valves, various field instruments.

Must-Have Skills: Electrical maintenance and inspection, Field electrical preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
