AI Engineer - Data Intelligence Platforms

Design, implement and deploy scalable data intelligence platforms leveraging expertise in Generative AI models for tasks such as text generation, synthetic data creation and content automation. Collaborate with teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop data pipelines, feature stores and model monitoring systems using structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Fine-tune AI models (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion Models) for text generation and content automation tasks.
  • Work with data engineers, ML engineers and product teams to deploy AI solutions.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance for business use cases.
  • Evaluate model performance and business impact through experiments and A/B testing.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning or AI engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain or OpenAI APIs.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes and MLOps.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge graphs, semantic search or data fabric architectures experience.
  • Familiarity with AutoML, RLHF or multi-modal AI.
