Lead Large Language Model Architect

We are seeking an exceptional AI/ML professional to spearhead the design and implementation of innovative Large Language Models.

  • Architecture Development: Design and oversee the overall architecture for LLM, aligning with business objectives.
  • Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Define technical strategy and create a roadmap in line with organizational goals.
  • Technology Selection: Choose technology stack, frameworks, and tools for LLM development and deployment.
  • Integration Management: Oversee integration of data pipelines, model training environments, and deployment infrastructure.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and define mitigation strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders for cohesive implementation.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated with AI advancements and incorporate best practices to improve LLM capabilities.
  • Research & Evaluation: Conduct in-depth research on LLM architectures, including open-source and domain-specific models like GPT, BERT, and FinBERT.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI, ML, NLP, and large language models. They should be able to guide technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders, while staying up-to-date with the latest AI advancements.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively, and have a passion for innovation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to stay current with industry trends and developments, and apply your knowledge to drive business outcomes. You will also be expected to mentor and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivering high-quality results.
