AI Research and Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team working on cutting-edge AI research and commercial applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and optimizing AI models, evaluating performance, fine-tuning models using high-quality datasets, ensuring quality through code reviews and testing, and innovating with new evaluation strategies and improved training workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient AI algorithms and models.
  • Conduct thorough performance evaluations and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine AI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in AI and related technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Node.js or NestJS and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Background in modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices.
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerization principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team.
