Artificial Intelligence Researcher

We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead our AI research initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop advanced machine learning models, implement data compression algorithms, and drive the productionization of AI research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build sophisticated generative AI models using techniques such as RAG, transformers, and other relevant approaches.
  • Tune pre-trained large language models for specific tasks and domains.
  • Conduct in-depth research on new techniques to enhance the performance and capabilities of generative AI models.
  • Apply software engineering best practices to machine learning pipelines.
  • Evaluate and analyze the performance of AI models.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI research.
  • Drive the development and deployment of proof-of-concept AI systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI or related fields.
  • Experience in building data pipelines, deploying AI models in production, and monitoring their performance.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models.
  • Extensive experience with Git, Docker, and Linux for managing servers.
  • Experience with cloud-based ecosystems, especially AWS AI services.
  • Exposure to AI frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Methodical and meticulous approach towards work and planning.
