Architecture Professional

We are seeking an experienced architect to lead our team's design efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in creating innovative and functional designs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Design Development: Develop concept designs, including building plans, elevations, sections, 3D illustrations, and material selections.
  • Schematic Design: Prepare schematic designs, coordinating with consultants and ensuring accurate details and drawings.
  • Construction Documentation: Create detailed coordinated plans and elevations, as well as prepare tender details, including BOQ/specifications, quantification of materials, and GCC/FFE documents.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minimum of 1 year of industry experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to multitask, develop leadership, and collaborate effectively.

Software Skills:

  • AutoCAD (mandatory)
  • Photoshop
  • Sketchup
  • MS Office
