Senior Associate Credit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft clear, accurate and comprehensive credit memos for transactions to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.
  • Prepare, review and analyze loan term sheets with high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Conduct financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions and assist in identifying and assessing risks.
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams to maintain strong relationships and ensure the successful completion of deals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and improve credit fundamentals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3–7 years of credit analysis / underwriting experience with financial institutions, lenders or investment managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals and excellent writing skills to prepare professional reports and memos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools, including exposure to real estate debt and financial modeling.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams and maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
