Human Resources Lead Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources lead to drive strategic people initiatives and strengthen our operational capabilities. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and systems that support business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess 6-8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing, engineering or industrial backgrounds. Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance and payroll management is essential. Additionally, the ability to work in a lean team environment with high accountability and navigate change while establishing new HR processes is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive organizational change and implement people initiatives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance and employee relations.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs and appraisal systems.
  • Provide analytical insights on workforce data to support decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, databases and MIS reports.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees ensuring clarity, transparency and responsiveness.
