
CRM and Sales Automation Expert

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lead generation, enrichment, automation, reporting, and sales enablement for HubSpot CRM.
- Source, qualify, and enrich leads using ZoomInfo.
- Develop workflows for effective lead handoff to sales reps.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date lead/contact data in HubSpot CRM.
- Manage and optimize HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and automation.
- Ensure sales automation tools are working seamlessly to support the team.
- Create dashboards, reports, and insights to track performance and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, automation).
- Strong knowledge of ZoomInfo (prospecting, enrichment, and integrations).
- Demonstrated success in CRM/marketing automation management.
- Strong data management, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate closely with sales teams.
