Senior Associate - Retail Banking Operations Issuing
Duration: 6 months of engaging work in our team.

Objective: We are looking for an experienced individual to minimize financial losses for the organization by efficiently handling card operations and chargebacks. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of banking operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
As a Senior Associate - Retail Banking Operations Issuing, you will be responsible for
- Monitoring and managing card transactions to prevent losses
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues related to card operations
- Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
