Our team is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Game Developer. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging games and apps using our internal builders, as well as self-QA & rating their own work and peer reviewing fellow team members' output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and ship fresh games/apps every day via internal builders.
  • Self-assess and rate own work, providing detailed feedback on areas for improvement.
  • Peer review fellow developers' work, providing constructive feedback to raise overall quality.
  • Identify and document winning game chains, distilling them into reusable templates and documentation.
  • Provide concise bug and UX reports to unblock engineers and enhance the AI system.
  • Monitor engagement dashboards, making data-driven decisions to optimize retention.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience with generative AI (ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, LLM chains).
  • A gamer's perspective and ability to articulate why something is fun or not.
  • Effective communication in English, both verbally and written.
  • An ability to ruthlessly eliminate underperforming ideas in favor of high-potential ones.
  • Bonus qualifications include basic proficiency in coding (light JS/Lua/React), marketing (Instagram/Twitter fluency), or data analysis (basic SQL).
