SailPoint serves over 2,000 customers worldwide, including leading financial institutions, government entities, and pharmaceutical organizations. We're seeking an experienced professional to support our Customer Success Portfolio activities. As an Identity Security Operations Manager, you'll collaborate with various teams, including Sales and Marketing, to deliver services that enhance customer success in identity security journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategies to optimize operations, improve performance, and ensure compliance.
- Mentor team members, promoting quality customer service and best practices across all levels.
- Formulate strategic objectives, examining financial data to drive profitability.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and quality controls, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present strategic issues and solutions clearly.
- Proven experience cultivating strong relationships and working collaboratively within teams.
- Ability to work in multiple time zones, supporting clients in the United States.
- Proven track record as an Operations Manager or similar role, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and measuring organizational performance using metrics.
- Outstanding organizational skills, leadership ability, and experience coaching/mentoring professionals.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet, with experience in Salesforce, Tableau, and JIRA being a strong plus.
- Experience with SaaS-based security solutions and SharePoint is also desirable.
