Job Title: Generative AI Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our team. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will design and develop Large Language Models (LLMs) to understand textual data, uncover meaningful patterns, trends, and insights from unstructured information.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop LLM models to analyze and generate human-like text based on input data.
  • Utilize sophisticated algorithms and methodologies to refine and improve the performance of AI models.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges using LLMs.
  • Develop and deliver AI models, including Proof of Concepts (POCs), and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working on NLP, Deep Learning, and machine learning models and LLMs to solve analytical use cases.
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including various prompt engineering techniques, word embeddings, and vector databases.
