Job Title: Data Migration Consultant

The position of Data Migration Consultant is ideal for an individual with extensive experience in executing complex data migrations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully migrating large datasets, ensuring seamless transitions between systems.

The role requires a deep understanding of data migration principles, as well as expertise in Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) tool execution. Proficiency in extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources is essential. Additionally, the consultant should have good knowledge of Windchill Architecture, database models, object relationships, and content management.

  • Experience in reviewing source systems and datasets, conducting data mapping exercises with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), supporting data extraction from Enovia, SAP, UDI Portal, and E-Manual Website, transforming, loading, and validating data, and resolving issues.
Requirements:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Expertise in Windchill Migration using WBM.
  • Experience in data migration, including CAD Data migration.
  • Good understanding of Windchill Architecture and object models.
  • Scripting knowledge on Database - Oracle/SQL Server.
Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should also possess the following preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in non-Windchill to Windchill data migration.
  • Experience working with Customers for Migration Requirements Gathering.
