Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven digital marketing professional to join our team as a Facebook Ads Manager. The position requires you to develop, implement, and manage successful advertising campaigns across Facebook and other social media platforms. Your digital marketing proficiency will be vital for boosting web traffic while elevating conversion rates and strengthening brand presence.

Duties:

  • Create and implement Facebook advertising strategies that fulfill business goals.
  • Generate compelling advertising materials which connect well with your intended audience.
  • Analyze campaign data to adjust advertising strategies which will enhance return on investment.
  • Deploy tracking and reporting capabilities through the use of DoubleClick and Google Tag Manager.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to synchronize advertisements with new product launches and promotional activities.
  • Use A/B testing methods to improve both ad creatives and targeting approaches.
  • Effective budget management enables optimal resource distribution across various campaigns.
  • Keep informed about current industry trends and competitor activities along with platform updates to sustain market advantage.
  • Apply conversion optimization methods to improve user experience while boosting sales revenue.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager as well as other similar advertising platforms.
  • Demonstrated Google Ads experience coupled with an understanding of search engine marketing principles.
  • Understanding affiliate marketing tactics to build partnerships that expand audience reach.
  • High-level analytical proficiency enables effective interpretation of information and establishment of decisions based on data analysis.
  • Understanding budgeting processes for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in promoting e-commerce products through social media to boost online sales revenue.
  • Superior social media expertise combined with strong capabilities in developing content and building online communities.
  • Demonstrates strong teamwork abilities while handling multiple project responsibilities at the same time.
  • Leverage innovative advertising strategies as we advance digital marketing initiatives.

Benefits:

Full-time position with competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - $30.00 per hour.
