Job Title: Restaurant Team Member

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling;
    • Ensure excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about menu items and promotions;
    • Maintain high standards of food quality and safety by following proper food handling and preparation procedures;
    • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment;

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Diploma in Hotel Management or related field;
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry;
  • Skillset:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
    • Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems;
