Job Title: Senior Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Circuit Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital circuits for memory blocks like SRAM, register files, and caches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop digital circuits for memory blocks.
  • Perform simulations and verification to ensure functionality and optimize for power, performance, area, timing, and yield.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in SRAM/memory design Margin, Char, and quality checks. Additionally, they should possess strong knowledge of physical implementation impact on circuit performance and have experience leading a small team of designers.

Requirements:
  • Understanding of Computer Architecture: A solid understanding of computer architecture and concepts is essential for this role.
  • SRAM Architecture Expertise: Knowledge of SRAM architecture, Critical Path Modelling, Full Cut Analysis, and Monte Carlo Simulations is required.
  • Design Verification: Experience in design verification, including Sense amplifier analysis, self-time analysis, and marginality analysis is necessary.
  • Circuit Design: Strong knowledge of high-speed/low-power CMOS circuit design, clocking scheme, Static logic circuits, and Power versus Performance versus Area trade-offs in typical CMOS design.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading a small team of designers in memory design is essential.

Note: The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
