About the Role

We are seeking a talented software engineer to join our team as an architect and developer of our financial data platform. This is a challenging role that requires someone who is passionate about building open financial systems and has experience in architecting big data systems.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in software engineering, 2+ years of experience in architecting big data systems around technologies like Apache Spark and Hive, and excellent technical skills including Golang, gRPC, Docker, Snow Flake, Databricks, and advanced SQL.

Responsibilities
  • Architect and develop platform for financial data
  • Provide technical structure to teams and work closely with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps
  • Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise
  • Mentor and train other team members on design techniques and coding standards
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in architecting big data systems around technologies like Apache Spark and Hive
  • Excellent technical skills including Golang, gRPC, Docker, Snow Flake, Databricks, and advanced SQL
